【獵頭職位：上海需要一位 Sr. Director/VP Engineering】聯(lián)系人：Jessy-He，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機(jī)微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關(guān)注！ Must: 1、Strong track record of having managed and technically led a team of 5+ people for at least 5 years； 2、Experience working on one or more blocks in a modern CPU (such as ARM Cortex A series, x86, or MIPS processor)； 3、Solid design/implementation fundamentals, capable of doing hand-on work if and when needed； 4、Experience in SoC design/FPGA verification methodologies； 5、Experience with building and taping out products (strong preference for low power products)； 6、Experience with silicon bring up (from reset to boot to high-level OS)； 7、Experience with using ARM IP ecosystems (e.g., M3/4, A5/7, AMBA3/4, etc.) in the context of SoC； 8、Strong knowledge of low power design fundamentals； 9、Strong knowledge of production/manufacturing flow； 10、Excellent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English； 11、BS degree in a related technical field (e.g., EE or CS) + 15 years of industry experience； 12、Thorough and ability to handle product/roadmap uncertainty. Strong preference: 1、Experience working with TSMC silicon foundry and knowledgeable on process nodes, preferably 28nm/40nm； 2、Ability to mentor young team members； 3、Experience working on SoC with multiple CPU cores and acceleration engines； 4、Master’s (or PhD’s) degree + 15 years of experience； 5、Experience in DSP hardware design/algorithm. The following is not required, but highly preferred: 1、Knowledge of DRAM/flash memory； 2、Knowledge/experience with packaging； 3、Knowledge in hardware security； 4、Strong SW/FW knowledge； 5、Strong knowledge with all blocks inside the CPU core. |
