Leadengineers to handle line excursion, baseline improvement and wafer RMA; 3、Preparation and maintenance of foundrybenchmarking for QBR or periodic reviews; 4、Selecting and qualifying new foundries and newtechnology to meet product design and quality requirement; 5、Cost reduction and cycle time improvement formature products; 6、Train and strengthen process team. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 1、Master or PHD degree, major inElectronics/Electrical Engineering/Physics/Chemical/Material Science; 2、At least 10 years of wafer FAB processexperience, more than 5 years of management experience; 3、Knowledge of solid state devices, especiallyMOS device, is essential; 4、Able to understand, debug, modify and improveFAB process and procedures and able to manage foundries at different locations; 5、Be familiar with Knowledge of product, testingand reliability is preferred; 6、Good written and oral communications skills. |
