Job Description
1.Responsible for MEMS devices and process development;
2. Responsible for inline trouble shooting including inline data abnormal and defect monitoring etc.
3. Responsible for special MEMS devices’ package and testing plan preparation
4. Cowork with module process engineers to improve process to match design;
5. Cowork with devices design engineer to extract design rule and calibrate simulation tool according to process performance.
6. Responsible for new products R&D and continuous improvements on current products.
Qualifications Required
1. Master or bachelor with equilibrate Experience, Majored in Microelectronics, MEMS and mechanical engineering, materials or Physics related
2. Excellent study ability.
3. Solid MEMS devices and MEMS process related knowledge.
4. Strong interpersonal communication skill and team work spirit.
5. Good command of English, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
